NEW RESORT PROJECT: Park Hyatt St. Kitts seeks equity investors, qualifies for SKN citizenship.

Range Development has announced the newest planned resort in the SKN federation is the Park Hyatt St. Kitts located on banana bay beach on the south end of the mega-development of Christophe Harbour. In order to finance the resort development, Range Developments is offering less than 200 shares in the company at US$400k.

An investment in the Hyatt real estate project entitles the investor to:

• An investment share in a 5 star branded hotel

• Annual income yield from the outset

• Qualifies for Citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis

• Security with an international developer and globally recognized brand

Dominica Economic Citizenship programme Increases Investment Fees September 1st, 2012

The Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, the Honourable Roosevelt Skerrit,  announced the following fee increases to the Economic Citizenship programme.

On September 17th, 2012, Sandra Lloyd-Samual of the Financial Services Unit, has announced a clarification to the citizenship packages. Please see the current pricing below:

Package A – Single Applicant	A non-refundable investment of US$100,000 rather than S$75,000 as at present
Package B – Family Application (One Applicant plus spouse)	A non-refundable investment of US$175,000.
Package C – Family Application Two (Applicant plus one spouse and two children below the age of 18 years)	A non-refundable investment of US$200,000 rather than US$100,000 as at present
Package D – Family Application Three (Applicant plus one spouse and more than two  children under 18 years)	A non-refundable investment of US$200,000 and US$50,000 for every additional person 18 years and below

Each additional child under 18 years of age will be charged US$50,000.

Any children who have reached 18 years of age and are part of any package will be charged

US$100,000.

 

The Application Fee to increase from US$1,000 to US$2,000.

Christophe Harbour launches new Fractional product for St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship program.

Christophe Harbour has un-officially launched a new vacation real estate project only a short walk from the Sandy Bay Beach Club.

The Windswept Residence Club, priced at US$411k, the 1/10th fractional ownership allows up to 5 weeks of usage a year, and all costs for the next five years are included.

Although purchase/sale agreements are not being made at this time, reservations are being taken, and construction should begin early 2013.
