Dominica now offers Real Estate Investment Option
Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 11:12PM Dominica has long had a legal and quick citizenship by investment programme through a government donation. What it hasn't had is a real estate option... until now.
Recently, Dominica has approved a real estate aspect to the successfull CIP Programme.
A minimum investment of US$200,000 in an authorised development, and US$50,000 processing fees PER family member qualify.
Other fees such as Due Diligence and local processing fees apply. Basically a family of 4 can now qualify for citizneship for a bit over US$400,000.
There are currently a few projects that are approved by the government to participate in the programme, and we will be adding more information about all new developments in the near future.
